7/7: Angels & agents of Tavistock Square

Daniel 7:7
The agents were conspicuous, diligently adhereing to their tasks, proceeding busily, workman like. Apart from the obvious foot soldiers, (the blokes in blue) there were one or two more covert ones that stuck in my mind. Their cover was blown, not because of what they did, but because of what they didn’t do......... Read more >>

List of Exhibitors at the Counter Terror World Exhibition

Earlier this month, London's Olympia hosted the first Counter Terror World exhibition, at which companies and countries from around the world "shared with each other lessons learned in the war on terror." The official website of the exhibition ( http://www.counterterrorworld.com) has been taken down and now re-directs to  http://www.isnrlondon.com. So the information that the site provided (list of exhibitors etc.) is not available on the web any more. Therefore, we reproduce some of that info below. Read more >>

Whose War on Whose Terror? Reclaiming Our Rights

Yesterday, I was fortunate to have been one of the opening plenary speakers at the 'Reclaiming Our Rights' conference at the Human Rights and Social Justice Institute at the London Metropolitan University, organized mainly by the Campaign Against Criminalising Communities (CAMPACC). It was an excellent conference bringing together some of the leading dissident organizations involved in political activism against the anti-terror laws. Speakers included people like Craig Murray, former British Ambassador to Uzbekistan; Mark Thomas, political comedian and journalist; Gareth Pierce, leading human rights lawyer; Brian Haw, the permanent Parliament Square protestor; among many others.

Close Counter Terror World!

In a few days time, Olympia plays host the Counter Terror World, an exhibition at which companies and countries from around the world will share with each other lessons learned in the war on terror, a war on their own populations. Israel will be a prominent attendee, eager - no doubt - to share the lessons they've learned from the recent campaign in Lebanon and the ongoing repression in the West Bank and Gaza Strip.

London Class War have called a picket of Olympia at 1pm on Tuesday 5 December, the first day of the sordid exhibition. Further details are available on the website, www.classwar.org Read more >>

MI5 Dame: Brit Intelligence Busy Creating Terror Events

Dame Eliza Manningham-Buller said "MI5 and the police were tackling 200 groups or networks totalling more than 1,600 identified individuals in the UK who were ‘actively engaged in plotting or facilitating terrorist acts,’ ”

Never mind that such terrorist acts rarely come to fruition, usually instead sputtering out into absurd allegations of liquid bombs and other fantastical plots nipped in the bud, or so we are expected to believe, that is after we suspend credibility, again for the umpteenth time. Read more >>
