Improved pre-publish page

We've created multiple publishing pages so that a less cluttered version is available for text only articles. The others can be tailored to those needing to upload multimedia content. Choose the text only version unless you have photos, audio or video to upload with you article. Only choose the FTP option is you have already uploaded your files via FTP.

Article with photos, audio and/or video

Upload attachments at the same time as your article.
 If you have photos or small audio or video files to attach to you article, use this method. However, if your upload will exceed 20 MB you should use the FTP method below.

Attach files uploaded via FTP
 Use this method when to upload large media files such as hour long audio files or screening quality videos.
You must first upload the file to ftp://publish.indymedia.org.uk using a suitable FTP client. (help page - yet to be written).

When you files have uploaded completely, enter the number of files you need to attach and click the button.
(Max 20) (Remember - don't click until after you have completed all of your uploads!)
