THE recent attempts to resmear the ex-scottish socialist leader after a certain newspaper lost in court, with the allegations of swinging, lurid details in a different video, even if factual, are a reminder of the infamous USA ELECTION Osama BL video - the video with 0BL at a podium, timed in as "lucky" a way for the clampdown/war-of-msmerrors as the 9/11 commemoration-timed video of OBL with "actual 9/11 takeover pilot terrorists" . . . . the fact that these were checked over by the same "expert" is . . . . unsurprising.
Fact: yes, video can get faked. Voices are harder, but mix'n'match-re-edits fool a lot of people.
FACT : this tech ISNT secret these days - its getting used by a bunch of criminal shites - so somebody should demand it gets Un - "SECRET", fast.
For the people that havent seen this themselves - hypothesise THIS.
" BLACK BUDGET" tech is X-AMOUNT in advance of current "shop-tech".
EXAMPLE : SECRETS DO GET KEPT - EVEN AMONGST LOTS OF PEOPLE - FOR AGES. VERY OFTEN - FOR FAR TOO LONG. ENIGMA codebreakers at blechley were breaking the german WW2 top secret code - but that was kept secret for near 30 years. ( other nations used it for diplomatic messages)
PIXELS : THE "DOUBLEDECKER BUS IN SPACE" PICS, DRIVING PAST CRATERS, WAS A "SPORT" FRONT PAGE - ages ago. Heard that came from a lab full of bored "tech"s that were sure people werent going to check it too much. If they had, the equivalent of "experts" such as the "expert" checking these obl pics, etc - even if with good intentions, years of experience, etc, might have had to say they were legit.
Its 2006. FACE IT - A lot of tech doesnt even get allowed to govt "secret teams" first, highest bidders are the people with most to hide - or the ex-spooks that attach themselves to them, the criminal use for tech to pressure, blackmail, frame smear or manipulate people is something that is "out of the box" -
- if people that even guess it exists, that is getting misused decide they have anything AGAINST informing police, press, "experts", etc about it, then THEY are suspect too. AT LEAST of having failed to think it out - but perhaps of a lot further.

the "re-tool" that was put over the muj shouldnt get forgotten - its a factor.
Some of that is addressed in the " remember alleged islamo-fascism" piece in the newswire "vaults" here - put the words in the box at the top of the column - so i wont re-cover that ground here - but in the same way "western" religious groups were somewhat "re-tooled" " for the sake of the cold war" (?).
Even that old 19th century "put a good pauper in a hovel outside the castle - for luck" scam was played again in quite recent times - - - - sorts of criminal "spiritual" sting -scam ops . . . .
