update, the family was on route to yarlswood bedforshire, it appears there on route to kingsley house near heathrow/ Gatwick.
a refusal order as not been given to the solicitor at any point.
The family Farid [no surname on this site] as been members of certain groups within our community and is well liked by every one.
after speaking to the solicitor this morning it appears guidlines of the home office are not been followed.
