Veganism is a climate issue, an animal rights issue and a health issue. Producing one calorie of animal protein requires more than 10 times as much fossil fuel input as a calorie of plant protein. By rearing animals to satisfy our appetite for meat and dairy products, we are harming animals, the planet, future generations and ourselves.
