I hate to say it but it really does sound like misunderstandings and miscommunication. There’s a fine line between someone who feels unwelcome leaving and being kicked out –and sure, I don’t know the situation or anything, but clearly people’s points of view determine how they see what goes on. It seems to have descended into ‘he did that’ and ‘she said this’ and if we recognise that the things people remember being said and done depend on what they were feeling at the time then…well, its in the past…surely its time to move on? Argue yes about the big (and small) questions but not about who said what…Argue if there should be ‘born women’ only clown events and set one up (which sounds like its been done –great) and argue that there should be mixed events (and set one up –again already done right).
Right, best of luck to the workshop!
