I haven't had anything to do with this but it looks interesting. This is mainly intended for Defy ID and NO2ID groups from across the North West to make contact and share what we're doing - but people from all over are of course very welcome. And if you haven't got a local group and want to start one up, then come along too.

Venue The Basement, 24 Lever Street (off Piccadilly Gardens), Manchester The Basement is a volunteer-run social centre in Manchester incorporating a cafe and a radical bookshop. It is indeed in a basement, and unfortunately there is no lift nor other easy wheelchair access, but every assistance will be given to anyone who needs it.
