Marking the 10th anniversary of the eviction of Daisy Nook Camp, Droylsden.
The No M66 Anti Motorway Campaign took place from July 1995 to June 1996 in North East Manchester. This was the last link in the Manchester Outer Ring Road (now the M60). There were 3 camps on the route. The first tree camp at Daisy Nook was evicted 21st February 1996.
There will be a launch event on Thurs 23rd February 2006 from 7pm at The Basement, 24 Lever Street, Manchester. There will be food provided - bring your own booze.
If you were involved or visited the campaign, please come along, or if you feel like looking at photos of lunatics up trees.
