15 people took part in a very lively anti-fur protest against Selfridges department store in Manchester yesterday, Sat July 17th.
The demo, although small in numbers, was very effective with lasge pictures of animals suffering, and anti fur slogans. One of the protesters was holding what seemed to be a dead fox , explaining to shoppers how they are killed and how they are used for their fur.
A samba band consisiting of 8 members supported the demonstration with rythmical tunes.
