Whitechapel Food Not Bombs brought food to the anti-surveilliance "Freedom not fear" demo at New Scotland Yard in London, on Sat the 11th of October

Quick report on the demo :
No visible organisation ; no leaflets explaning what we were doing there. 50 to 100 people ; some media attention. Police were obviously trying to avoid confrontation and soon gave up trying to keep people behind pens, and let us occupy a small road (only used by tourist buses - and people actually moved out of the way to let the buses go). Nice atmosphere ; visible groups were Fitwatch and Food not bombs.
FNB served carrot mash, stir fry and rice/bean salad ; all of which were welcome by protestors/activists present at the demo :)
Upcoming FNB events in London :
FNB will be having a cafe at LARC on the 25th of October ! Come along ! And we'll be giving out free food at the Anarchist bookfair too :)
