They assemble with a large puppet of US Republican Vice President Dick Cheney before marching through London to illustrate the pursuit of oil contracts by the US government.
Mr Cheney stumbles out of Waterloo and through the streets of London chasing an Iraqi oil well, through to Trafalgar Square all the while finding Iraqi oil just out of reach. After rampaging through the capital, he finishes his chase outside the US embassy in Grosvenor Square but as he makes one last lunge for control of the well, Iraqi union oil workers beat him in into submission with the Iraqi national flag.
