State empowering a revolution

In my view,the State,police are doing a great job of getting a revolution under way, whats the hidden agenda of this.
Round us all up and stick us in prison,we have more cctv cameras than when the KGB Ruled,russia have far few cctv cameras, and they say this country is free.
