Show us evidence of your legal action against Boris? It is never going to happen like the rest of your stuff

Stuff the evidence, I'd be impressed if he could even name a statute under which he thinks he can take action.

He ended a letter to Boris with this:

"BOTH the EU and the ECHR shall be invoked. Domestically [in domestic UK judicial contexts] , we shall be invoking all the anti-discriminatory legislation as well."

Clearly the work of an expert legal mind.

Meandering and structure-free articles

To the author - I've commented before on your articles here:

 http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2008/07/403901.html?c=on#c199852

No-one can stop you posting on Indymedia, but your articles are not well thought-through and may ultimately discredit the better parts of an anti-Crossrail campaign. I am sure you mean well, and there may well be good reasons for opposing Crossrail, but you need to start writing structured and level-headed articles that don't just throw insults or empty threats at politicians. Readers - especially those outside of London or the UK - need to know why you oppose this project and what the consequences of it might be. Then you might detail actions you have taken on the ground - e.g. organising meetings and discussions in your area, street stalls etc.

Can someone please explain...

What is the problem with the new plans for the Crossrail? Personally I dont see any problem with it. It will improve cross-London transport. What are the downsides? To be honest it seems to me to be an uninformed moaner just wanting to say NO to something Boris has to say. Don't get me wrong I can't stand the man, and he may well (probably will) prove to be the worst thing to happen to London for 20 years, but can someone please clarify a valid anti-Crossrail argument so I can make an informed decision on the topic.
