Following the resistance and support from across the city yesterday as the Wembley Tent City Occupation defied yesterday's 6pm eviction order, this morning Brent Council officials arrived and served a written injunction order on one Tent City member and injunction orders on every empty tent, lisitng the addressee as "unknown occupier".
The Brent council officials were in and gone within five minutes, the ITN London Tonight camera team filming them all the way.
The injunction order clearly stated that unless all tents were immediately removed anyone still occupying the site will face a prison sentence and will face forced removal. The injunction went on to state it would be seeking police assistance in the removal of any persons on the site.
