After the demo against the mayoral elections in London, organised by anarchists in London, were clamped down upon - a group of anarchists decided to wander up to see what was happening at City Hall at around 11.30pm.
To our surprise we spotted a crowd of around 30 BNP supporters - some with rosettes - standing next to them we were soon spotted and talk of "red scum" and "dolies" we decided to respond. First against a little fascist twat with a celtic cross badge, then the others joined in - one anarchist was punched in the stomach by a BNP fuckwit but respond quickly with a few kicks, shouting slogans and shoving back.
A BNP TV camera then pointed his camera in our faces, which we grabbed off him - he then launched against us like some maniac! Rosettes when flyering, the celtic cross badge was ripped off and several scuffles broke out.
The FIT team then seperated us and (luckily) escorted us out the area. Unknown to us a larger crowd of masked-up football casuals where about to steam in.
Was it worth it? Fuck yes. Even though we were in small numbers and likely for a kick off we stood strong and stood our ground. It was a shame we weren't in larger numbers.

the only thing that seems a bit silly to me is to admit online, that you stole somebody's camera and seem to glorify the violence that occurred. if it is necessary to do some well-placed hitting, then go ahead, just don't brag about it. it could easily land you or others in the nick...

Its hard when we know their history that the BNP are hiding behind what little democracy & freedom of speech we have, plus the flag that freedom was saved with
Iam not from London but I came in to help & give some hope to people in Barking & DAgenham, 2 BNP officials I met one was a climate change denier, the other an American banker, enough said eh.
All Respect to London Class War, but theres a time & a place, you have done some amazing things, but dont give the BNP or the media any more golden opportunities please. I went straight into a few pubs in Barking & Dagenham, brought local beer & had a chat, the people there seem either anarcho or angry-conned enough to vote BNP.
I have to say I know Ive looked into Libertarian Municipalism its like a revelation, the Greens really do love Britian & direct democracy,
