London property prices are predicted to plummet as Gordon Brown gives backing to deadly virus containment facility. Residents of Camden, Islington and Westminster are likely to see the value of their property decrease by millions as the threat of deadly viruses becomes reality...thanks to the MRC/ Wellcome #Trust /Cancere Research successful bid for land at St Pancras.

Property prices are not the only thing at risk. The area is likely to become atarget for terrorists and political activists. Protestors vow to take direct action "for years" if neceassary and the threat fo terrorism rears it's head in an area that has already been hit by the 7/7 and 21/7 bombings.....Many local people are as yet unaware what is about to happpen to their property prices. Tyhe area is undergoing regeneration but is set to become awasteland . Foot and Mouth disease was aleak from Pirbright. The St PAncras facility will house the world's deadliest diseases. The Eurostar link has just opened...but is going to be a scary prospect , as 28 Days Later fears hit the area!
