"London law firm Birnberg Peirce said it would be launching civil proceedings against Scotland Yard in light of last week's guilty verdict against the force for failures leading to the shooting"

Hopefully this will reveal deatails of what happened allowing CPS prosecutions of the actual trigger pullers AND the hierarchy, right up to the war criminal pervert BNP provacator, Tony bliar. (small b for disrespect). You have to remember at all times that the police (still) are basically 'offical BNP' - as is the british state - that inherently racist construct of absolute arrogance. I can tell you that the fact that this geezer was non white would basically put him in the blightyscum scapegoat frame. The general attitude of the police, of the bwitish state is BNP - thats the reality, both as individuals and more generally, collectivly as the state - their primal racist instincts would come out in that situation of out of control panic. - "so he's not an actual terrorist, so what, nor was Iraq a threat" - its a 'respect war' against Islam/colour in general. You can say what you like about Al Qa'ida, but its really brought the true colours of these fucking vermin of western governments out into the open. Please note Dalia Lama (extremely tired sigh)

Also...

Quote:

"On the day of the shooting Blair wrote to the senior civil servant in the Home Office, Sir John Gieve, stating it should be the job of the Met - not the IPCC - to investigate what went wrong. The IPCC, Blair wrote, should be 'given no access to the scene at the present time'."

The arrogance of these people knows no bounds. They need watching.
