Indymedia Cinema Presents, 'Film On The Square', a very special screening of WE on Wednesday 19th September in Parliament Square at 7pm.

Arundhati Roy
Arundhati Roy

With a contemporary soundtrack that includes Massive Attack, Amon Tobin, Faithless, Boards Of Canada, Placebo, Nine Inch Nails, and much more, WE visualizes the words of Booker Prize winner Arundhati Roy on such things as the war on terror, corporate globalization, justice and the growing civil unrest.

WE is a witty, moving, alarming and quite a lesson in modern history.

WE is almost in the style of a continuous music video. The music used sets the pace and serves as wonderful background for the words of Ms. Roy and images of humanity in the world we live all in today.

Indymedia Cinema with the Parliament Square Peace Camp bring you this fast-paced 64 minute documentary for a free open-air screening at 7pm on Wednesday 19th September.
