A call to the OFFICIAL National 'NO TV' Day in July- switch off yr boxes!!

Channel 4 are to axe the popular music show 'Popworld' in July for reasons unknown. The viewing figures are higher than ever, Popworld recently won an award and it is a platform for local unsigned bands.

Popworld Promotes is a website where you sign your band up, upload your music and biography and then let your fans PAY to vote for you or download your song, in the hope that you get to Number One. Once this happens, Popworld Promotes promise a year of promotion, TV Appearance, Interviews, gigs etc...

...however this isn't happening. To make it worse none of the bands on the website appear to have been informed and people are still paying... should this be happening?

Should big corporations be allowed to manipulate and control things like this? Should young, hopeful bands be led down the garden path to no end??

So please spread the word: Channel 4 have caused "National NO TV Day" on the 20th July 2007. Let's see how the viewing figures look then...
