Local residents and campaigners in North East London are looking to create a Climate Action Group in the Wanstead/Leytonstone area.
The action group initially plans to campaign to create political pressure on the UK government to introduce strong legislation to control greenhouse gas emissions.
Once established we will be looking for other ways to reduce emissions in our local area.
