Honours inquiry police: Downing St/BBC leak "an attempt to wreck investigation"

JG | 04.03.2007 21:19 | Analysis | Other Press | London | World

DETECTIVES involved in the cash-for-honours inquiry believe Downing Street is trying to wreck their investigation by leaking top secret evidence.

Not the most politically popular of tabloids amongst those of a more progressive inclination, but a noteworthy story well worth publicising nevertheless. We certainly don't want to see Blair and his acolytes day in court on the receiving end of the increasingly authoritarian British justice system that he has helped strengthen, fail at the eleventh hour...

From the News of the World, 4 March 2007

"...furious detectives believe the [Downing Street-BBC] leak was a deliberate attempt to destroy the probe, which is now in its final stages.

A Crown Prosecution Service source said: "We believe the leaks are coming from government sources who are trying to disrupt the inquiry.

"If evidence police are hoping to rely on appears in the media it could bring down the whole case. Those in the firing line are well aware of that."

This is just so Clinton!

Clinton and his mrs. were involved in the litllerock land scandal which is not dissimiliar from the Hackney Trust sell off of crown land.

In Clinton's case, we were talking about pecker trcaks and a dress. No mention of mahoosive land deals.

We all know Tony is a nazi and needs to go to the hague A.S.A.P. Lawyers in Oz working for David Hicks in Guantanomo are getting together and demanding that Howard, their nazi pm and his buddies go to the hague too. Funny that?

So shall we talk land deals or peaker tracks Hillory?

Or shall we talk cash for honours of the hague?

Hmmm.... what would Tony rather we focus on? Over there... over there... anyone remember that war song of an England in days gone by or is it completely relevent to today and Iraq and Iran and Afghanistan and lebanon and palestine. Pick a country that murdering lunatic Tony the terrorist is noy killing children in? That's the reality of BAE and Lord Goldsmith covering up the backhanders and big brown envelopes Tony gets from Saudi's and BAE.... not to mention Lord Goldsmith.

Give me a f*cking break!

There are some damn fine police officers, of that I am as certain as Sir Shite needs to be sectioned and most of the CX metropolitan police fired.

I'm glad some coppers can see what these assholes are trying to pull as the writing is obviously on the wall.

Tony says they are coming in 45 minutes and he has his magic get out of jail free card... a page that got lost from the dossiers that was bollocks in its entirety.

Can we all please start to tell the truth?

Would that be so f*cking hard?

Let's petition the queen to send Tony to the hague?

That's the reality of where we are folks.

The queen is either for the people or for her family and friends?

I would be most curious to find out which way the land lies on that question in my mind.

Cash for honours is the least of Tony's worries.
