HOWARD along with BUSH the only leaders in the WEST to refuse to ratify KYOTO. In Australia HOWARD has allowed increased slaughter of the national symbol - the native Kangaroo, with the meat going to pet food and export to Russia. With Australia now entering one of its worst droughts on record (due to global warming ironically) HOWARD has refused to reduce kill number and the Kangaroo is heading to extinction in some regions of the country.
