(9/9/6) The commander of the Colombian army has accused HIS OWN troops of getting involved in a terror car-bomb outrage - either paid by or manipulated by drug-gangs or foreign corporate intersts that might have tried to affect international events, attitudes, etc using these techniques in other places too (- news breaks into mainstream (shock) -as US '04 election fraud surfaces too!)
The man in charge of the Colombian Army has shocked the country by the straightforward statement DENYING the accusations that it was "left wing rebels" that set off a terror car-bomb a week in advance of the new regimes candidate getting sworn in - that caused tens of casualties - soldiers as much as others - then, he promised to fully open up the army to the investigations of prosecutors that have video proof, it seems, that in actual fact links a colonel, amongst other soldiers, with the "events" management.
