discussions based on current issues along the following themes:-
- workplace struggles
- community struggles
- social struggles
- international struggles
(including: autonomous workers struggles with Gate Gourmet, Laing O'rourke workers & tube cleaners; the current uprisings in France from those who have been involved; as well as the recent Broadway Market occupation in Hackney against gentrification; plus a discussion on why today there is so few genuine working class anarchists).

There are still available places if people, or their groups, wish to contribute discussion topics (email  anarchism2006@hushmail.com). Should ideally fall within the 4 themes with the emphasis of how anarchism does, or should, positively contribute to these struggles.

The Met will be disappointed that you haven't advertised a riotous action - I suppose they will have to get the FIT team to intimidate you into starting one ( mind you there will be plenty oin the march who could wind you up....)

I see the Critical Mass isn't listed on your brochure - are you getting unfit? :)

only joking - enjoy

A couple of suggestions for Mayday.

In the absence of a Maypole we could hold hands and dance around the FIT team. Critical Mass could tour the sculptures and wall plaques which glorify terrorism, starting with Nelson Mandela on the South Bank.

Web game to promote May Day

25.04.2006 10:25

There's a new game at the TUC May Day website, called "Left Foot Forwards". It lets you form up your own London May Day march and try to stop it crashing into anything.
 http://www.tuc.org.uk/leftfoot

The aim is for people to be able to use it in helping spread the word about the event, and convince a few more of their mates to join us on the day. Hope you enjoy it, and please have a go at sending it on to any friends who would like it.
