TOO MANY GOOD TENANTS ARE BEING TREATED BY THE MANAGEMENT AS A 'PROBLEM' FOR WRITING LEGITIMATE COMPLAINTS TO THE MANAGEMENT!
Why so many complaints?
Why do the management not respond or even acknowledge serious legitimate issues that demand answers - such as mismanagement, disrepair, placing tenants into purported rent arrears and with great regularity placing a 'TENANT FROM HELL' next to any tenant that ('dares to') complain for writing to the management?
Why do the management so easily resort to eviction procedures when there are no good reasons to initiate an eviction? This tends to be regularly resorted to in far too many cases.
Why are good tenants not invited onto the Board to submit their helpful contribution?
Why are the same 142 (£1) members of the Charitable Trust not holding the Board to account (because it appears that the Board as Trustees of the Legal Trust dare not and will not appoint fresh intelligent tenants who are the true Beneficiaries of the Legal Trust)? Fresh talent is needed urgently onto the Board before a legal action is intiated against the Trustees. It appears that any semblance of independence is compromised - all are linked to the Chairman and to the very heart of the LABOUR PARTY.
There is NO CONFIDENCE in the Board.
What of the tenant representatives?
Are they independent or are they linked inextricably to the Board?
COMMUNICATION should be the answer.
Being in mind the evidence that continues to be endlessly repeated of not poor but outrageously bad communication and rock bottom mismanagement, the most senior management should have the decency to tender their resignation. Ironically, some of the Tenants are far more qualified to lead than some of the current Trustees - perhaps some of the beneficiaries of the Trust should be invited onto the Board?

NOTTING HILL HOUSING TRUST like to engage with good tenants and try to portray them as anti social tenants - Why? I think we should be told?
Why does the CHIEF EXECUTIVE - KATE DAVIES never respond to letters addressed to her?
Is it because she has many children to look after and understandably she has to put her children first and she has not enough time to deal responsibly with the overseeing of staff or the dealing of complaints from tenants?
Why does abuse of vulnerable tenants continue?
Answers are urgently needed as to why the senior management will not answer letters from tenants who raise very disturbing and alarming issues?
The senior management of Notting Hill Housing Trust have a duty to answer and to respond to the letters from tenants with urgent legitimate requests - the facts letters are ignored suggests to most of the tenants that Kate Davies has a tremendous amount to hide in relation to the despicably poor management supervision of front line management?
Why were such appalling senior management appointed if they cannot fulfill basic management functions?
Is this another case of Cronyism?

ALAN COLE, age 63, was for eight years, Chief Executive of TDG plc, a European logistics [transport] company. He was non-executive Chairman of both The Oliver Group plc and Alldays plc, and is currently Chairman of JP[John-Pierre] Morgan Fleming Income and Growth Investment Trust plc.

The departing CHAIRMAN, GERARD LEMOS is leaving the Board after 18 months [why only 18 months, why not the full 4 year tenure or was it because there were so many scandals associated with the senior Labour Party members who were appointed to the Board of Trustees of the Charitable Trust that holds a property portfolio of some 18,000+ properties worth over FOUR BILLION POUNDS - £4,000,000,000] of 'successful' leadership to pursue a professorship at a University in CHINA [Nice and vague]. is ALAN COLE fully aware of such policies of confronting tenants against the 'Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment', which is read into any tenancy and every tenancy?) and such 'Tenants from Hell' are now deliberately placed next to good tenants with legitimate complaints and they are not supported by the management and are obliged to pursue remedies in the public domain against the landlords due to breaches of civil law, breaches of criminal law, breaches of fundamental human rights, harassnment by the management or by proxy and breaches of basic Trust Law!]. This public relations media relations release is so very loose in its use of language that it appears designed for someone with a very limited level of intelligence with a very low IQ. It would be very surprising if the media company were paid very much money for work of such unbelievably poor quality. Yet the media sopin organization is not known for coming cheap - was this another example of a complete waste of resources from the taxpayer.
Yet, why did this release have to be released by exteremely expensive spin doctors, which have all the halmarks of the LABOUR PARTY.
Yet there is meant to be an internal NOTTING HILL HOUSING TRUST Communications Department which is meant to liaise with the Press.
What is more aftwer the many internal scandals at NOTTING HILL HOUSING TRUST, one of the Trustees appointed to the Board of NOTTING HILL HOUSING TRUST by GERARD LEMOS was somweone who is a professional PUBLIC RELATIONS CONSULTANT - as the image was getting so tarnished - the readson for the so-called re-branding. Making out that the TRUST element as in the CHARITABLE TRUST could be brushed to one side. Yet, can it not be used in 'the washing' of commercial properties - so that no tax is payable?
Very few entities can switich properties from an entitty that pays tax to one that does not - perhaps the opportunity for properties to be misappropriated like over 45 that were known about that were misappropriated.
What about the pay off of GERARD LEMOS - what was his pay off - termination payment for the breach of his contract? This INFORMATION should be made clear to the BENEFICIARIES of the TRUST as BENEFICIARIES of the CHARITABLE TRUST.

Most BENEFICIARIES of the Charitable TRUST would like to know what was the EXACT financial package paid out of accountable TRUST funds by the TRUSTEES on behalf of the BENEFICIARIES of the TRUST to GERARD LEMOS in order to compensate him as tendering his untimely resignation as CHAIRMAN. One factor is the linking to the fact that GERARD LEMOS as CHAIRMAN of NOTTING HILL HOUSING TRUST never dealt with letters of legitimate complaints from reasonable tenants of the Trust to its CHAIRMAN or to its CHIEF EXECUTIVE. Chairmen usually transfer responsibility as Chairman at the time of the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING...
So why did the senior members of the LABOUR PARTY seek to ensure the immediate departure of 'our friend' [GERARD LEMOS] who did NOT communicate with the TENANTS with legitimate complaints that deserved to be answered and whom he treated with complete disregard and with absolute arrogance - in the exact way the CHIEF EXECUTIVE - KATE DAVIES treats TENANTS of NOTTING HILL HOUSING TRUST, many of whom have legitimate complaints, that are dealt with in an extremely offhand ARROGANT, PATRONISING, UNCONCERNED manner] and to pay for the legacy put in place by the agents of the LABOUR PARTY for all those [pernicious] seeds he left to develop at the TRUST...
