This new documentary, from the director of "Venezuela Bolivariana: People & Struggle of the 4th World War", follows the lives of two homeless men during the so-called strike (in reality, a bosses lock-out) of 2002-2003. These young and old radical voices of the street call compellingly for the people to unite and fight against the oligarchs who are still tearing their country apart.

The film was produced by the co-op Calle y Media, based in the neighbourhood La Vega, southwest Caracas. Members of the co-op are involved in running a media school which teaches local children how to produce film, theatre, radio, websites and newspapers. In their own words, they are "building the communication skills necessary to defend and deepen our revolution." We will also be screening their short film "Down with Colonialism... Free Pachamama!" about the Columbus statue-toppling last year on October 12th (renamed "Day of Indigenous Resistance" in Venezuela).
