Judge Walker has been hearing evidence this week that EDO lawyer Timothy Lawson-Cruttenden (TLC) has been acting unlawfully in disclosing confidential police reports and statements to the court.
This pre-trial continues all next week until the judge rules on whether EDO is to be punished for these abuses of process. The judge has raised the possibility that the currently in place interim injunction will be lifted until the actual trial takes place.
