Fasting in London in a media-propelled climate of acceptability of deprivation hunger starvation and famine!

Extracts:

Fasting is refraining from consumption
fasting is to renew the contact with
giving up
going without
voluntarily

Fasting is to know that
the controller centre in the human world
is consumed in plots for consumption
and the controller world media is in
turn consumed by
constant clamour for rating success
constant plugs of lies in excess
constant bids to women to undress
constant lures with no redress
constant search for glaring shots
total worship of evil robots !

Fasting is a reflection on life
in modesty humility no strife
fasting is hard going
no drink
no food
no pleasure
not even swearing

fasting is absolute abstinence
including all fakery impertinence
in the habits manners and styles
fasting is rejecting the worst aspects in the world
seeking the forgiveness of the maker of the world

fasting is to know and to do the true work
starting with shunning the plugs from
the icons of badness
the emblems of evil
the banners of lies
the flags of occupation
the cheers of tyranny
the gloating of despotism
the chorus of servitude
the revivers of slavery
the propagandists for injustice
the retailers of looting
the deniers of freedom
the pervaders of fakery
the arguers for deprivation
the takers of land
the washers of brains
and the
glorifiers of lying laws....

Fasting is to know the utter limits of humanity
In this body this mind this soul
Fasting is to shun all pride and vanity
fasting is to shut down all the outlets of lies
fasting is to sow the seeds of justice
fasting is to support and house justice
fasting is to support and home justice

fasting is to humanely know the needs of humanity
fasting is to serve the humane needs of humanity
fasting is prayer by respecting the creations of God
fasting is dignity honour and fulfilment
for the self for the neighbour for the neighbourhood

fasting is active live daily vow
that strives to and keeps only on the path to good

fasting only starts by giving up the intake of food...

Fasting is a true and manifest rejection of
a state of hunger in the community
a state of starvation in the vicinity of
the faster who has any means to alleviate
the involuntary starvation of someone
fasting is an active immediate continuing
opposition to a policy of making anyone starve
fasting is to do the utmost to all who deserve
food irrespective of all faiths or no faith

fasting is to remember God created all
and provided the earth with enough food stuff
for all creatures

fasting is to revive that truth
forever
and to resolve to
share the world’s gifts
with all the world’s creatures
and to do this
by shunning greed
by shunning profit
by shunning hoarding
by shunning caprice
by shunning jealousy
