Dear Lady and Gentlemen,
Crest Nicholson Plc Books & Accounts
The Shalom Family Campaign for Justice Wales
We kindly refer to the above matter and all our previous correspondence. We confirm that we have lost possession of our own home of the past 14 years and our entire life-time, personal, family belongings.
At a public level our Family has also endured open, negative criticism due to the nature of presented information powerfully circulated by the above organisation. Personal integrity means everything to us and we are sure that Heron International demands such values in its business affairs. In order to correct or balance any such misleading accounts presented by Crest Nicholson Plc, we kindly make the following statement.
The entire Crest Nicholson books and accounts, (including that of their erstwhile subsidiary company, Crest Nicholson Marinas Limited,) in any connection with our Family and houseboat, Picton, still remain open for viewing, for the benefit and convenience of, Heron International. Accordingly, we invite Heron International to see these Crest Nicholson Accounts. Please also note that this invitation is open for as long as Heron International remains a shareholder in Crest Plc.
We hope you understand that despite our present misfortunes, our schedule with five daughters is quite demanding. However, we would be happy to arrange to meet with any representative of your organisation in order for us to fulfil this invitation.
We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
Vince and Marie Louise Shalom
The Shalom Family Campaign for Justice
Wales, UK.
Letter Ends.
Heron International are no strangers to the now ‘homeless’ Shalom Family, having been kept informed of their plight for quite some time through various channels including peaceful public protests at Heron House, head office in London. The Family seek only a ‘fair and just solution’ in their official Family Campaign for Justice, in which they have lost everything, their houseboat home of 14 years, their way of life and their entire family possessions.
