Wickes, the building suppliers, recently had one of their Ad hoardings modified.

This is a private company heavily involved in exploiting prison labour in order to cut back on jobs and wages on the outside. Whilst the people were wall papering, the unlucky one at the bottom of the ladder, overheard two passers by mention "Wilkinsons are using prison labour too you know." Perhaps the message is getting through slowly!
