green collar worker
my name is steffi and i'm a drummer grrrl from munich in germany...i'm totally fascinated about idea of an "alternative fashion week"...in january 2004 i've started my little rag-project "ragtreasure" - i re-construct almost everything i can find on the streets, at construction sites or at concerts: broken guitar strings, damaged umbrellas or hygiene paper bags for used tampons, bandages, membranes of hifi-speakers. every single dress-collage I create is unique and when worn they enact as moveable images. i've just had a look at all the interesting events and i'd love to know, if there is any possibility to take part in something like a fashion show or a performance with my dress collages....
i would be totally happy about an answer,
lots of greetings from steffi
ps: i've added a photo of a "green" collar worker - i reconstructed this codtume from typical office clothes (such as ties) and from material collected at construction sites....
