"SUBVERTISE! Exposing the Corporation" Exhibition

SUBVERTISE! is an exhibition of subverts and anti-corporate art. Displayed in cinemas across the country to coincide with the release of the film 'The Corporation', from 29th October.

The exhibition consists of 12 posters featuring, spoof adverts, subverted corporate logos, cartoons, billboards and other artwork from a wide spectrum of artists and organisations including a wide range of art that is not attributed to a name or organisation. Particularly, the billboard 'alterations',
internet graphics and spoof corporate posters. Some of the art shown does have an 'author' including the stencil-wielding Banksy, the cartoonist Polyp, and the Russian designer Artle Bedev.
We also include work from campaign / art groups like San Francisco's Billboard Liberation Front, Canada's Adbusters, Subvertise.org, London's Reclaim the Streets, People & Planet, Rising Tide, the Coalition against BioPiracy, StopEsso, McSpotlight, ActionAid and Corporate Watch.
