Jihadis release video of Bigley murder
10 October 2004--During the early morning hours on Sunday, the terror group Tawhid wa Jihad released a video showing the brutal murder and decapitation of British hostage Kenneth Bigley.

The video is strikingly different from the ones that the group released two weeks ago of murder of their two American hostages.

In this video, Bigley makes a final statement to the camera, then the group pronounces its "death sentence".

In the video, Bigley says:

"Here I am again Mr (Tony) Blair and your Government, very, very close to the end of my life," the tape showed the 62-year-old engineer saying before masked men severed his head with a knife.

"I'm not a difficult person. I am a simple man who just wants to live a simple life with his family.

"These people, their patience is wearing very, very thin and they are very serious people.

"Please, please give them what they require, the freedom of the women in Abu Ghraib prison.

"If you do this the problem is solved."

Moments later, Bigley was beheaded, and the terrorists held his head up for the camera.

The six masked men stand in front of a brick wall. They are not dressed in their traditional black clothing, but appear to be in street clothing, lending credence to the reports that this was a hastily held execution.

The video is violent and horrific. It is not suitable for children to view, and many adults will find it disturbing.

why is it that when ever a piece of shit video like this broadcast over the internet, its ALWAYS rubbish quality and cut to fuck in the most stupid places.
i'm not bringing into question the seriosness of the kidnapping or the whole wider issue in iraq,
but i am questioning the validity of this video.
why is there a huge long intro about mr bigley and a sermon from his captors that takes up a completey wasted 90% of the download? and then just before the so called beheading, it cuts like a bad bad b movie, and all the surrounding people in the clip start jumping over bigley? and the camera doesnt follow any of what ensued.

erm...

1. There aren't many jihadis with the equipment and experience to edit to a high standard
2. Low quality means low file size means more distributable
3. If it's not clear it's more difficult for intelligence agencies to extract information from the video
4. There's 90% prayer and rhetoric because they're trying to make a point.

why?

not wait for the million buck payout like the
captors did with the italian women?

the way these events
unfolded are very strabge

Ken Bigleys brothers house in Amsterdam raided after Paul Bigley
makes comments about British intell making a bungle

Ghaddafis son tries to broker deal to transfer Ken Bigley to the same
'moderates' who held the Italian duo...

British intell supposedly stops this happening
only to bungle the actual pay-off
which is reported as a bribe...

remember, this group is supposed to be led by Zarkarwi
the infamous 'terrorist'
why would MI6 f**k about???

were they more interested in a big name capture of
their so called trophy terrorist, than Bigleys life...?

what a complete F**K up!!!
if any of it is actually the way it really happened!!!

i mean who trusts the press, nowadays?
who to beleive about any of this bullshit?

Huh??

Most odd.

The beheading itself occupies a few seconds only, it's heavily edited and there's something going on to the right which has been "scrubbed out". What would that be then?!

And as usual the soundtrack doesn't seem to fit the action at all. In this video there's a particularly unusual puzzle- why is it that when the hostage-taker talks, his voice sound as if he's in recording studio rather than the echoey room Bigley was talking in seconds before? Listen out for it!

Once again a video that should convince nobody at all. Ok so the guy's dead, but he wasn't beheaded live on video.

What is this?!

The complete text including the photo is Northeast Intelligence Network copyright ("All Rights Reserved", as stated at its web site), but some smart guy have just stolen it, put it at his blog and then took the advantage of Indymedia to attract visitors to his website (blog) calling it "hot link".
Shameless, shameless indeed!
