CBI privatisation celebration dinner

ispy | 07.09.2004 17:39 | London

Anyone up for a quick impromtu action?

Digby Jones, director-general of the CBI is keynote speaker tonight at a £100 a seat dinner for fat cats celebrating getting their greed fat snouts into the public purse via reforms in public services.

This members only event is apparently part of the CBI's continued commitment to increasing co-operation between public and private sector towards the transformation of public services in the UK.

The event is being held at Mulberry School for Girls in London, (immediately behind the rampART social centre off Commercial Rd). The school has just been demolished and rebuilt through a Private Finance Initiative scheme.
