Sadly, this film was mad when there was nobody around to interview about the place. The film is in mpeg1 format so it's quite a big file for the length of the film (about 15mb) but it's screenable quality if you have need to screen something about social centres etc.
Below is text which you can copy and paste into a new text file then save as larc.smi to give you subtitles that are synced with the audio in the film (when played using windows media player). This was done to try out a piece of software that makes adding subtitle easy.
If you want to learn how to create subtitles for translations for films you are welcome to come along to the rampart this thursday 26th Aug. We will be adding subtitles to some videos we've download about the eviction of the EUSKAL JAI AURRERA squatted social centre in the Basque country and also talking about setting up a group to do transcripts, translations and subtitling of longer films in the future.

the scars and loss
I’m still the queen of my domain
and feeling stronger now
the walls are down a little more each day
since you came, finally…finally things are changing
This land is mine but I’ll let you rule
I let you navigate and demand
just as long as you...
this land is mine
So find your home and settle in
Ohhh, I’m ready to let you in
just as long as we know…
this land is mine
For all the days I’ve travelled alone
in this cold and colorless place till now
It’s what I had to pay
