Bush plans to suspend November Election if another terror attack occurs.

According to an article posted to the WTOP NewsRadio (Washington,DC) site
(Sun.,Jul 11,2004) the Bush administration's Dept. of Homeland Security is
looking into ways to suspend or postpone the November Presdential election
if another terror attack occurs in the U.S. DHS head Ridge has contacted
the U.S. Justice Dept. to find if there is a means to postpone the election.
