Savannah cops deface Catholic cathedral and other antique buildings, and urge media to blame local activists.
In a spate of graffiti attacks since May Day, the Savannah Morning News, an amateurish, rightwing local rag has been quick to lay the blame for vandalism at the door of local activists.
The story is emerging that it was the Savannah Chatham Metropolitan Police force that was behind the choruses of "fuck bush" that have festooned the city's antique buildings. The police call it a "training exercise" where "G-8" crimes were staged to give the porkers "live" opportunities to race through the city in riot gear.
