Hope people will forgive me posting this twice - it dropped off the wire quite quickly.

Note to Artist: Get a girlfriend

Note to artist: If you feel so compelled to do your art in a shithole like the Middle East I think you need a hobby

What is art if not a hobby david? Or perhaps, as your flashing wit suggests, the notion of "girlfriend" and "hobby" essentially amount to the same for you - in which case we have to conclude that your thoughts on gender are at roughly the same level as those upon Middle Eastern affairs. Still, such a novel slur deserves elaboration. Let's have it out, shall we? Explain yourself.

How about doing anti-occupation graffiti in London

05.04.2004 10:45

How about doing anti Israeli occupation graffitti in London on the buildings of companies which support Israels oppression in Palestine such as arms comapanies and companies like Marks and Spencer which trade with Israel. This would be a far more effective campaign than calling for a boycott of Marks and Spencer by Palestine solidarity groups.
