This is a benefit gig for People’s Global Action ( http://www.agp.org).

Club 85 is five minutes from Hitchin train station, on the main rail lines between Cambridge/Peterborough and Kings Cross.

No, there isn't one in Hitchin. But there are plenty of self-organised things going on, though mostly involved in music - free parties, bands, festivals etc.
