Racists police exposed by the "Secret Policeman" will not be prosecuted

It seems that the Crown Prosecution Service has decided, if you please, that there is "insufficient eveidence" to prosecute the racist police officers exposed by the "Secret Policeman" TV documentary. And pigs fly (literally and metaphorically).
