As we approach the Christmas period, London Transport Police are gearing up to “keep London safe for Christmas" (words of a police officer outside Victoria Station). They are reportedly achieving this by implementing immigration sweep and deportations, outside of tube station.

Yesterday at 3pm, outside of Victoria tube station, around 40 police and immigration services officers stood in a massive line, with sniffing dogs detaining, searching, and stopping every one who they didn’t regard as white, especially Arabs and South Asians. They would pick up ‘suspects’, surrounding, harassing and asking them for their visas. What is happening to the people who did not have their papers with them is unknown, but they were taken in unmarked police vans and it is likely that they were taken to deportation centres. Over fifteen immigrants were taken away before a one person "no one is illegal" demonstration made the police action appreciated by onlookers. Read the whole report

For years we have known about Police fit ups / Racism / and Brutality in Cop Shops throughout the nation. It's about time these scum pigs saw that we won't walk on by when a Black / White / Asian or any other person who's being Stopped and Searched by the filth in the streets but watch so these racist pigs are not able to plant items like drugs on a person which they have had a habit of doing in several London Boroughs in the past and still do when they can get away with it. Each year when a member of the filth is looking for promotion they are advised to make a large number of arrests to widen their prospects of promotion, and to do this they stop and search Black and Asian youth just for wearing a hooded top or because there is more than four of them together, it is well known by many people who have been fitted up in the street that during a search police officers slide items such as drugs into the pocket of the person they are searching so they are able to make an arrest stick. It is time for the rest of us who know about these tactics the pigs use to..
(1) STOP AND WATCH WHAT'S GOING ON.
(2) TAKE NOTE OF THE PIGS NUMBER AND GET HIS/HER NAME.
(3) GET THE PERSON'S NAME WHO'S BEEN STOPPED AND SEARCHED.
(4) CONTACT A LAWYER IF ANYTHING IS OUT OF THE ORDINARY.
(5) FIND OUT WHICH STATION THEY ARE TAKING THE PERSON TO.
(6) INFORM THE ARRESTED PERSON TO SAY NOTHING UNTIL THEY HAVE SPOKEN TO A SOLICITOR.
An Example
In 2002 just before May Day one of our members was fitted up, and beaten up at Stoke Newington Police Station by several officers including one that he got the name of P.C. Lee Kershaw while unfortunately the camera and video equipment were faulty. It was several hours before our member was allowed to make a telephone call to anyone, and due to threats made by other officers our member started a dirty protest, the police not happy at not being able to have another dig at our member due to his protest decided to call in a local mental health team and had our member sectioned under the mental health act, even though after May 1st our member was released after Doctors could find nothing wrong with him and stated for the record that our member had been a model patient.
The pigs will go to any length to prevent anyone making complaints against them.
P.C. Lee Kershaw and others at Stoke Newington Police Station colluded with Doctors to keep our mate banged up until May Day was over and since this time Homerton Hospital have refused to hand over documents which prove the police asked Doctors to keep our member in custody until the day after May Day. They have simply gotten away with it once again and it's time for us all to change that so it doesn't happen to anyone else.
In 2004 we should make it a point to carry out these basic things when a person the police have stopped, let's give these racist pigs something to think about next year. KILL BILL 2004.
A message to the solicitors who dealt with this matter, why haven't you gotten a court order to make Homerton Hospital hand over the documents so that the victim can persue a claim against the police and the local Health Authroity. That mean you DAWN PELLE your the solicitor who said the victim had a case against the police, why hasn't this case been taken up
