enrager.net | 26.09.2003 11:07 | Analysis | London

Today the enrager.net anti-authoritarian resource & community forums opened. You can access them by clicking onto  http://www.enrager.net/forums

They are a new resource part of the enrager.net project which aims to build communication and networks within the British anti-authoritarian "movement". By the end of October libertarians and anarchists based in the Uk will also have a moderated newswire at their disposal as well as a website containg links to all the various groups in Britain as well as a detailed thought & theory directory!

So why spend your life posting comments on the IMC ***NEWSWIRE*** when you can now chat away to your hearts content on these new forums?

Isn't that what Urban75 is meant to be?

There is already a political forum for the discussion of left of centre politics, including anarchism, libertarianism, and anti-authortarianism - Urban75 ( http://www.urban75.net/vbulletin/). What is it about enrager that will distinguish it from u75?

Apart from that hats off for trying to keep discussion on discussion boards, and news on the "news" wire.

u75 is totally different

No - urban75 is the ezine of one person, which is a Brixton-based community forum.

enrager.net/forums are for anti-authoritarian discussion, organising, theory and some general shit too

Well, because there is "Make a quick comment on this article>>" link on IMC which probably should be respected by those trying to spin its resources for their own petty selfish gains.

Maybe 'Enrager' would care to persudae the IMC or IMC-UK crew to change the link into goto Enrager.net and post your comments there?

the first poster from enrager.net was only making a flippant comment about the newswire.

the "comment" function here is a vital part of IMC, even though it is often abused!
