Drinkingwater??

For quite some time now there is a question I'd like to ask:

Isn't it so that if one boiles seawater and captures the steam, that that steam has qualities as sweet drinkingwater?

Or is it?

It needs more than boiling to get rid of impurities, salt/pollution (eg.DDT)
