KISIRI MATONDO Korando, Born in Kinshasa on October 26, 1966 and he has congolese nationality. He was arrested in Kinshasa October 27, 2014 by agents of the National Intelligence Agency (ANR) in the municipality of Lemba (Lemba / sub - region), on Avenue Lubuzi No. 6, as in a bar wood, and outdoor, where with the person and accompanied by Mbenza Mwaza Leon, etc., they were celebrating the birthday of their friend Kikudi Bwal'Emband Raphael (aka Raph).

KISIRI MATONDO Korando, Born in Kinshasa on October 26, 1966 and he has congolese nationality. He was arrested in Kinshasa October 27, 2014 by agents of the National Intelligence Agency (ANR) in the municipality of Lemba (Lemba / sub - region), on Avenue Lubuzi No. 6, as in a bar wood, and outdoor, where with the person and accompanied by Mbenza Mwaza Leon, etc., they were celebrating the birthday of their friend Kikudi Bwal'Emband Raphael (aka Raph). Mr. Matondo Korando Kisiri is mager of the Armed Forces of the DRC (FARDC). Kisiri was held incommunicado in the jails of the ANR in Kinshasa from 27 October 2014 to August 5, 2015, and the dungeon of the Garrison Military Prosecutor in Kinshasa / Gombe from August 5 to August 8, 2015, and since 8 August 2015 he was transferred to Makala central prison in Kinshasa where he is to this day. The case was tried by the Supreme Military Prosecutor in Kinshasa / Gombe under a provisional arrest warrant (MAP) RMP 2195 / MAK / 15. Kisiri was charged with "insurrectional movement" without quote and without evidence or witnesses. CODHO suppose this charge against Kisiri Matondo Korando is the fact the family relationship (cousin) between his friend Kikudi and General Benoit Faustin Munene, leader of the resistance called Army of Popular Resistance (APR), based in Brazzaville (Republic of Congo) – Kisiri incurs the death penalty - The Committee of Observers of Human Rights (CODHO) demand a fair trial.
