The UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon received some special explanatory note from the American side on October 10, 2015. It was a supplement to the multipage report on elimination of the consequences of a disastrous earthquake which was yet to occur on the border between Afghanistan and Pakistan.

The document was worked out by the USCENTCOM analysts and approved by the deputy head of the analytical department lieutenant colonel David Hagler.

Meanwhile, during the spring and summer of 2015 the locals of the Hindu Kush mountainous region were reporting on some suspicious activities of some people speaking English to each other. They called themselves scientists working for USGS (United States Geological Survey) and engaged in sort of scientific research work in the grotto system of the Kokcha river valley. But the military-like bearing and whole behavior of the “scientists” prompted clearly they were rather military men than civilians. The locals also noted they had lots of sophisticated gadgets evidently not for civilian appliance.

Some German, Chinese and Indian experts have already supposed that the earthquake in Afghanistan occurred in the aftermath of yet another use of so called “geophysical weapon” by the US military.

It’s worth noting that the leadership of the USA has been repeatedly accused by other countries in the field use of some prospective samples of military equipment against the independent states. In 2010 the then president of Venezuela Hugo Chaves publicly declared that the destructive quake in Haiti with the death toll of 75 thousand people was due to the USA. According to Chaves, the United States had actually leveled Haiti to the ground by their tests having the ultimate aim of destroying Iran and overthrowing the Islamic regime there by series of quakes.
