The biggest problem

The biggest problem with the Welsh language issue is that most of us in Wales are simply not that interested in speaking it. I was taught Welsh at school and aside from the occasional eisteddfod I have little need or wish to use it.

The language is certainly not repressed, all children are taught it in schools, all road signs are bi-lingual, all government documentation is bi-lingual. There is extensive TV prgramming in Welsh as well as radio. Major sporting events are covered in Welsh and yet still most of us simply are not that bothered.

The politics of the poser. I pity the poor sod on minimum wage who gets to spend a fun afternoon cleaning that up. Pathetic, middle class nonsense.
