Banner Drop in Solidarity Against State Terror in England and Mexico

Sunday Walker | 15.01.2014 16:02

Last Sunday I saw a banner drop in old town Hastings that read: 'End State Terror! Torture and Murder. Eng.-Mex. Free Carlos, Amelia, Fallon, G. Rodriguez'.

This was a pleasant surprise and thought it should be posted.

Fire to the prisons!

Web address on the banner would help maybe so people can understand more of what it's about

1. You can't read it, because you "Fire to the Prisons" geniuses hung it all crumpled up

2. Even transcribed, a statement like "Eng.-Mex. Free Carlos, Amelia, Fallon, G. Rodriguez" is completely meaningless to everyone who isn't part of your extremely small circle of political contacts

Meaningless to start with...

.... then even more meaningless, because, given an opportunity - this Indymedia thread - to explain wtf this poorly-communicated message was actually about, it never even dawned on those responsible (responsible for either the original banner drop or for the article above) to take the opportunity provided by that article to even bother to explain what this banner actually referred to. Political autism gets activists nowhere, but, given the idiocy of these activists, that might be a blessing in disguise

These idiots need to get a clue and stop being so meaningless and self-referential.
