Petition against exploitation of teachers in FEF

We signed below and position against the exploitation of teachers from the Ferndale Education Foundation ( FEF ) who are with their wages , holidays and 13th month salary arrears ! This is not the fulfillment of rights won by workers and supported by the Federal Constitution and reject the non -compliance with these rights . The history of this type of operation in FEF Fernandópolis is not new , as many workers have not received their salaries contractors for years , which presents itself as a kind of labor analogous to slavery. Many teachers are held hostage by the harassment of the boss and do not feel free to express their outrage . This form of oppression and exploitation is typical of servile work and slave and not admit this inhuman behavior towards the workers . The neglect is so great that no satisfaction was given to most teachers : they spent Christmas penniless what already worked .
We condemn this kind of behavior the FEF and require payment of all arrears of the employees of this institution .
We demand better conditions for study, research and human formation .
We reject the current direction and the defaulting workers !
For a free and combatant FEF !
By FEF where students and workers are organized freely!
Just FEF that exploits , oppresses and enslaves !
