Newcastle council breaking 1985 and 2004 Housing Acts by charging Bedroom Tax on rooms of less than 70sqft!

We will be handing in letters of complaint demanding that the council inspects our bedrooms on health and safety grounds.
We will be demanding to see representatives from Environmental Health, the DWP and the Housing Ombudsman.
All councils could stop the bedroom tax in its tracks if they wanted to: a room CANNOT be a bedroom if it is less than 70sqft.
