You need to write up about your experiences of the fragmentation of the UK indymedia network and your observations regarding the use of 'state agents' and other actors to troll the comments sections and post disingenuous news pieces. Asymmetric or net warfare as propaganda warfare, should feature as key terms in your article and I think you need to now push it to people such as Greenwald, to get a major news outlet to publish it. The G already covered the use of bots to spam comments sections and other social media to control the discourse and it seems to me the timing is now right to speak up about such things.
